How do I list my home for free?
- You first need to register. After you register, an e-mail will be sent to you with your password and user ID. Use these when you Login to the website. You will then choose the “Get Listing Credits” tab and click on the “Free Listing” tab. Then proceed to fill in the home description form. Once completed, your home will be instantly listed on the web site.
How do I upload pictures of my home?
- Once you Login, you will choose the function, “Add Pictures”, from the drop down list next to your property description. Browse to find, and upload, pictures of your home from your computer.
How do I pay, and choose, a package?
- ListedByOwner.com has affordable packages to choose from. Choose the package best suited to your marketing needs. You first need to register. After you register, an e-mail will be sent to you with your password and user ID. Use these when you Login to the website. You will then choose the “Get Listing Credits” tab and click on the package best suited for you. Proceed to fill in the home description form, then checkout. Your home will instantly be posted the web site.
I bought a marketing package that includes a sign, a brochure holder, and directional. How long should it take to receive them?
- After you place an order, you normally should allow up to 4 to 5 business days to receive your sign and materials. If you have not received them by the 7th day, simply contact customer support to track your shipment.
How do I edit my listing?
- ListedByOwner.com has made it easy to edit your listing. Just Login and choose from the drop down next to your listing to add/delete pictures, edit your description, cancel your listing, etc. Once you make the changes and save them, they will instantly change on the listing shown on the web site as well.
I didn’t have a video of my home when I initially registered. Can I add video even though it has been some time since I registered?
- Uploading a video to your listing is a free service you can do at anytime.
How many times can I edit my listing?
- You can edit your listing as often as you like.
I have several properties I want to list. Can I list them all for free?
- Yes. The free listing option is available to any home being listed and sold for sale by owner.
How will I be notified if someone is interested in my home listing?
- An interested party can either email you via our built-in contact forms, which will alert your email on file when registered, or they can contact you directly by phone if you opt to list your number.
